The new Mobile Memory Lab had a name but no identity or marketing plan. I led the development of a brand voice, logos, and visuals, as well as a series of marketing materials.

To increase board nominations during the pandemic, IHLS leaned into video storytelling to appeal to pride and self-interest. The campaign also included a new landing page and targeted email marketing.
